About Machinaka
ENGLISH QUEST
Machinaka ENGLISH QUEST is an innovative educational program held all over Japan to spark students’ genuine passion for learning English.
Point 1
Our scavenger hunt-style activity allows you to team up with 5-6 students to explore the mission area while communicating in English.
Point 2
Our missions aim to teach students about the multicultural aspects of the world. You will have the opportunity to represent and share your own culture!
Point 3
Activity budgets will be provided for each participant to cover transportation expenses and phone data usage during the program.
4 steps to register
・18 years and over
・Must live in the Sapporo area, Hokkaido
・Have an intermediate/advanced level (B2) English proficiency
※If you do not have an official test score / certification to prove your English level, you can still sign up. Your English level will be confirmed during the interview.
Fill out the form from “Apply from here” to schedule an interview with the HelloWorld staff.
Interview will be held via Google Meet. The meeting link will be automatically sent to the email address that you used to register.
Once you receive a registration acceptance email, you will be registered as an English Speaker! After that, you will periodically receive in your email the information of upcoming opportunities.
